Coach Aaron has been one of the most outstanding coaches both of my children have ever had! He played a pivotal role in coaching my daughter, Rebecca, throughout her swim career, and now he is guiding her younger brother, William. Under Coach Aaron's guidance, William has grown from learning to swim in floaties at the kiddie pool to competing at prestigious meets like TAGS and Zones. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in refining William's stroke technique and instilling in him the importance of precision and quality in swimming. Beyond technique, Coach Aaron is a deeply supportive mentor who always goes the extra mile for his athletes. He is there for the kids during warm-ups, offering last-minute advice and encouragement before their races, and he cheers them on with genuine enthusiasm. He has a remarkable ability to support athletes through challenging moments, whether they are navigating tough races or overcoming mental blocks. At the same time, he challenges the swimmers daily in practice, pushing them to reach their full potential while always believing in their abilities. Thanks to Coach Aaron’s unwavering support and expert coaching, William has achieved incredible milestones, including winning seven first-place medals at TAGS last year. His impact on both of my children’s swim journeys has been invaluable, and we are so grateful for his dedication and passion as a coach.

Coach Aaron has played a vital role in teaching our children how to swim and how to be safe and love the water!!! They are all 3
Coach Aaron has been instrumental in the lives of our children. He saw potential where others did not. He worked with our children to identify their weak areas and systematically worked on improvement. The areas in which they were strong, he encouraged them to be even better. He works just as hard with his beginning swimmers who can barely make it across the pool as he does his National Elite level swimmers. He specializes in determining what motivates each individual swimmer and attempting to tailor teaching styles to each person accordingly. He has poured into the lives of all of his swimmers not for the sake of creating champion swimmers, but of creating champion humans! In the end, there will be a time when they are no longer swimming, but the life lessons and character they have learned from Coach Aaron will persist throughout the rest of their lives! I highly and without reservation recommend Coach Aaron for swimmers at all levels!been swimming across a pool since age 3!!! His lessons are top notch, he has great knowledge of stroke technique and is a great
role model!!

Coach Aaron is a role model to my high school boys as well as the best swim coach they've ever had. He's highly invested in the success of his athletes, not only in the water, but also in their approach to a positive mindset and overcoming challenges. He is strategic in his training and knows how to help his swimmers reach their maximal potential. He leads by example and prioritizes great communication with his swimmers and parents too. Somehow he does all of this while keeping the environment fun, supportive and in perspective. The San Antonio swimming community is lucky to have this awesome coach!

I have known Aaron for a few years now. He is one of the few people I trust with my two boys’ training. He works in details and stays focused and patient with my swimmers. He not only works on technical level but he is a patient coach that can uplift you and help you grow mentally. My boys love him and love working with him. I remember I couldn’t go to Speedo Sectionals last year and Aaron was my swimmer’s coach on deck. He gave those technical touches to him and he got his Futures cuts that day at finals. My swimmer said Aaron’s instructions were on point and that’s how he got the cuts. He is the nicest , most humble man and coach I have ever met.

Coach Aaron has been wonderful with our kids. He is a top tier swim instructor, but he is also a great encourager. I feel his best attributes are his ability to relate and interact with kids of all ages and the rapport he builds with each person. Regarding his swim instruction, he listens to your swimmer’s needs before each lesson, and he has the expertise to work with whatever aspect of swimming they’d like to focus on: strokes, dives, turns, underwaters, etc. If your swimmer wants help with something, he will help them improve it. I also appreciate his flexibility in instruction for there are “several way to skin a cat”. He will stick to fundamentals, but he allows the “wiggle room” that is best suited for your swimmer. Overall, Coach Aaron listens to your to swimmer’s needs and has the expertise to produce great results. Our kids always look forward to receiving instruction from him, and they always seem to improve at meets after having done so. I would highly recommend Coach Aaron for your swimmer whatever their level or ability.

Coach Aaron has played a vital role in teaching our children how to swim and how to be safe and love the water!!! They are all 3
very different levels of swimmers; from a Summer League swimmer, to a 3 time TAGS qualifier(age 12), to a little mermaid who has
been swimming across a pool since age 3!!! His lessons are top notch, he has great knowledge of stroke technique and is a great

My daughter is a competitive swimmer. I first asked Aaron to work with her towards the end of her first year because she was struggling to swim a straight line in backstroke. She was swimming a zig zag from one lane line to the other. Aaron worked with her for one lesson before her next meet. After that one lesson, she swam backstroke in a straight line, set a personal best time, and I was sold on Aarons ability to coach kids. He has given her lessons for the last four summers in all swim strokes and has made a significant difference in her swimming. He has an impressive ability to recognize areas which need improvement and provide drills to reinforce better techniques.

My 4 year old son was the type of kid who did not like to get his face wet. Aaron is great with kids, builds trust and confidence. He
is great at reenforcing technique in a fun way for kids. My son looked forward to his swim classes with Aaron. My son would ask me
to record him swimming and send it to coach Aaron. I can’t say enough about coach Aaron. My son is now 7 and loves to swim
competitively.

When I took lessons from Aaron, I was a high schooler looking to improve my overall technique and try to make the state competitive the next year. That year I made great strides in my technique and ended up making the cut. Aaron is one of the best coaches that I have ever been coached by and ever worked with. When coaching with him, he could help out all ages improve with their swimming ability. Every lesson with Aaron was extremely productive, and even now as a college swimmer, I might be taking more in the summer.

I have known Coach Aaron since I was a child, and his influence has been instrumental in shaping both my swimming journey and my personal growth. He is not only one of the best coaches I have ever had but also a mentor who has consistently encouraged me to reach my full potential. Under his guidance, I developed better stroke technique and gained the confidence I needed to perform at my best in the water. Coach Aaron's unwavering positivity and dedication to his swimmers created an environment where I felt supported and motivated to improve. Even during challenging times, such as recovering from injuries, he helped me overcome mental blocks and regain my technique and speed, even when I doubted myself. Beyond the pool, Coach Aaron has been an equally impactful presence in my life. His encouragement and belief in my abilities inspired me to work hard in school and pursue my dreams with determination. Whether offering advice, cheering me on, or providing a steady source of motivation, he has always been one of my biggest supporters. From my early days as a young swimmer to now, in college and beyond my swimming career, Coach Aaron’s guidance has left a lasting impression on who I am today. I am incredibly grateful for his mentorship and the countless ways he has helped me grow as both an athlete and a person.
